These Terms govern your use of ListRight (the “Service”), available at listrightapp.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
ListRight is web-based subscription software that helps trading-card sellers prepare marketplace listings. It generates a suggested listing title, a price estimate derived from public sold-listing data, and a listing description.
ListRight is a listing-preparation tool, not a marketplace. We do not buy, sell, ship, store, authenticate, appraise, or process payment for any trading card. We are not a broker, dealer, auctioneer, or grading company. All output is a suggestion for you to review before you publish anything.
Access is delivered electronically and becomes available immediately after successful payment, through your account on listrightapp.com. No physical goods are shipped. A paid subscription includes:
The subscription is US$19 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your card details are handled by Paddle and are never stored on our servers.
You may cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing support@listrightapp.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to resell or redistribute the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, use the Service unlawfully, or upload content you do not have the right to upload. Trading-card images and names are frequently protected by third-party trademark and copyright; you are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any image you submit and to any listing you publish.
Price estimates and generated titles are suggestions, not appraisals, and not financial advice. They are derived from public sold-listing data that may be incomplete or mismatched. You are solely responsible for reviewing every title, description and price before listing an item.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
