If ListRight isn’t right for you, email support@listrightapp.com within 30 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
There are no conditions, no eligibility requirements, and no deductions. You do not need to explain why.
Email support@listrightapp.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The first 5 cards are free and require no payment details, so there is nothing to refund for trial use.
